eMaryland Marketplace Advantage

eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) is the State of Maryland’s internet-based procurement system, which connects the vendor community with contracting opportunities from state, county and local governments. Registered vendors will receive notices of bid opportunities, and can use the system to submit bid responses and obtain bid results.

Maryland Procurement Programs

The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency is committed to the inclusion of small, minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses in its contracting. The State of Maryland’s laws and policies are defined in the Annotated Code of Maryland and the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR). Specific regulations pertaining to procurement can be found in COMAR Title 21: State Procurement Regulations.
